Over the last few years, TEN Habitat has been purposefully developing a new approach to building and scaling ventures in resource-constrained environments like the Caribbean.

That work led to Habitat Thinking™ — a nature-inspired framework built on adaptation, efficiency, and leverage rather than capital and hype.

One of the things we discovered is this:

Most founders who are already selling get stuck not because they lack ideas — but because they miss the signals telling them how to grow next.

This sprint exists to fix that.

Build a weekly acquisition loop that actually produces actionable insights and leads.

 

Week 2:

Offer & Conversion Power
Fix the leaks between customer interest and cashflow.

 

Week 3:

Pivoting Without Panic
Decide what to change — and what to stop — without burning the business down.

 

Week 4:

Beating the Money Challenge
Design a 30-day cash plan using pre-sales, retainers, partnerships, and leverage.
