TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the live stream of the Caribbean Women’s Growth Summit (“Event”), hosted by TEN Habitat (“Organizer”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the paid live stream platform (“Service”). By purchasing or accessing the stream, you (“you”, “user”, “viewer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Access and Use

• The Service grants you one-time, non-transferable access to view the Event live on the scheduled date(s) and time(s), and access to a recording, if included in your purchase.

• You agree not to share your access credentials with others. Each ticket grants access for one individual only.

2. Payment and Refunds

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided unless the Organizer cancels the Event.

• If you experience technical issues beyond our control (e.g., your internet outage), refunds will not be issued.

• In the unlikely event of a full stream failure caused by our system, a full or partial refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

3. Technical Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a reliable internet connection and compatible device to access the stream.

• The Organizer is not responsible for any inability to access the Service due to user-side technical issues.

4. Code of Conduct

• You agree to engage respectfully during any interactive portions of the Event, including chat or Q&A.

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the stream without refund.

5. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

• All content in the live stream—including visuals, music, speeches, presentations, and panel discussions—is the property of TEN Habitat or its partners and is protected by copyright laws.

• You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the stream, including screenshots, without prior written permission.

• Unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.

6. Privacy

• Your personal information will be used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] (link to be added).

• You consent to the collection and limited use of your data for event management, stream delivery, and post-event communication.

7. Changes and Cancellation

• We reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speaker lineup, or platform used for delivery.

• In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will notify you via the email provided at registration and offer access to the rescheduled stream or a refund if no alternative is provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEN Habitat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the live stream.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
