Mentors and coaches are also able to deliver their support to entrepreneurs virtually.

The Entrepreneur as Mentor:

  • A minimum of 6 years as a practicing entrepreneur in any industry

  • Able and willing to work with a designated entrepreneur for a minimum of four hours per month over the course of two years

  • Willing to go through the online application process for becoming a mentor

  • Available to be paired with an entrepreneur within 3 months of registering as a mentor

Coaches & Workshop Facilitators:

TEN Habitat coaches deliver advice and specialized guidance to entrepreneurs and startup teams on their area of specialization while TEN Habitat facilitators work along with trainers to facilitate workshops and training delivery. They provide in-workshop advice and specialized guidance to entrepreneurs and startup teams during build out sessions and special interventions.

The Business Executive as Mentor:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate environment in any industry

  • Held a middle or senior management role in any of the following: Operations Management, Customer Relations, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal or Informational Technology

  • In the past 10 years, has led the creation or re-imagining and launch of a significant service or new product and succeeded in rallying support and resources to sustain the initiatives

  • Willing to go through the online application process for becoming a mentor

  • Able and willing to work with an entrepreneur for a minimum of four hours per month over the course of two years

  • Available to be paired with an entrepreneur within 3 months of registering as a mentor
