The key to your success lies in investing in self-work.  Self work is a 4-week intensive intervention, equipping women with the tools to understand their power and intrinsic value. You will learn how to build and fine tune the elements needed for business success as a female founder.  From business visioning, personal branding and owning the spaces you occupy, this is all about you and your dream.

Topics To Include (but not limited to):

• Self-Work - Understanding the Vision of Self and how it is deeply connected to Your purpose and  passion of being an female entrepreneur.
• Mental-Wellbeing - Developing the awareness of the internal systems that support the Female Entrepreneur. The internal systems include the Mind, Body, Spirit and Community and how these systems impact you as an entrepreneur.
• Business Wellbeing - Understanding the skills associated with the business wellbeing and how the Female Entrepreneurs can be supported on their business.  Introducing the concept of effectively working on the business, rather than working in the business.
• Professional Wellbeing - Learn how Self-Work,  Mental Wellbeing, Business Wellbeing are all integral parts to creating the Professional You with a highly integrative experience of promoting Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Skills.
