About The Event
Mindful Mondays, is dedicated to focusing on the overall well-being of women founders. Working with wellness practitioners such as counsellors, life coaches and clinical psychologists, Mindful Mondays provide a variety of resources to tackle tough topics & issues affecting the progress of women entrepreneurs.
Topics include (but not limited to):
- Cultivating Inner Strength: Empower women entrepreneurs by teaching mindfulness techniques and practices to help build mental resilience and inner strength, enabling them to face challenges with confidence.
- Balancing Multiple Roles: Explore mindfulness techniques for managing the demands of being a mother, partner, and entrepreneur, while maintaining self-care and personal well-being, ensuring a healthier work-life balance.
- Building a Supportive Network: Encourage women to connect with other entrepreneurs and businesswomen in the Caribbean community and beyond, using mindfulness practices to foster genuine connections and mutual support, creating a strong network for collaboration and growth.
- Stress Management for Women Entrepreneurs: Address the unique stressors faced by women entrepreneurs and offer strategies for managing stress through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, promoting mental health and resilience.
We have an array of Facilitators that will share from areas of expertise, to ensure you leave the sessions with tangible and actionable steps that you can apply immediately to your lives and your Business!

Every Monday session, is dedicated to focusing on the well-being of Women founders. We will hone in on topics like how to; conduct mindful communication and conflict resolution, manage stress effectively, create sustainable support networks to ensure that you thrive while striving to grow your Business and more. You will be working with practitioners, counsellors, life coaches and clinicians. Mindful Mondays provides a safe space to tackle tough challenges & issues facing Women Entrepreneurs.
