The act of pricing is a direct strategic activity of understanding associated costs and overall business objectives of any venture. However, many entrepreneurs approach pricing without any clear strategy or appreciation of their own true cost for producing the product or service. This 3-day intensive bootcamp is designed to address the gaps.
Day 1: Identifying the value of personal time and establishing personal objectives
Day 2: Detailing the business strategies, areas for growth and identifying the cost centers
