The Startup Series

The Startup Series is a collection of events designed to help entrepreneurs build out ideas, reorganize and develop existing businesses and pursue clearly defined growth paths for success.  Your business will NOT be the same after these sessions!  Entrepreneurs can either apply for the entire series or chose one or two workshops in the series.  These are NOT talk shops but active sessions where we work with the entrepreneur to solve problems and develop concepts.

14-Day Accelerator: Oct. 9th - 26th

Over 14 days, entrepreneurs will participate in an intensive and highly immersive exercises of:

Identifying and Refining the problem the business is addressing

Developing and quickly launching their solution to gain critical insights

Test and Validate offers to identify ideal clients

Discover and Refine the true value to customers

Develop and Refine the Revenue Model for the business

Build and Expand critical online strategies 

Pursue needed growth strategies

Costing and Pricing for Early Stage Ventures: Oct. 16th - 18th

The act of pricing is a direct strategic activity of understanding associated costs and overall business objectives of any venture. However, many entrepreneurs approach pricing without any clear strategy or appreciation of their own true cost for producing the product or service. This 3-day intensive bootcamp is designed to address the gaps.Over three days entrepreneurs are taken through a very hands-on process of identifying and understanding their cost centers, identifying their personal and professional business objectives and designing a pricing strategy to reflect their findings.
